If you have a relative or a friend who has type 2 diabetes here are tips to get their sugar up quicker:

1. Chocolate!!! M&M. Take 1 (or how every many you think will get it up, DON'T OVER DO IT Use 1 & SEE HOW THAT GOES) M&M. Get a sharp knife and either cut into it and pick the candy shell away. Or apply pressure till it breaks and picks the candy shell away. Either way this works.

UPDATE: Ended up doing all 4. Worked. Here's the thing though when your bring up someone's low blood sugar be aware of how much sugar you are giving them and keep note of what you fed them.
