Poor Women's meal, Rich Person's Dinner

I have used this tittle because when you don't have a plentiful closet full of food. You pull out random stuff and make it into dinner. This meal can be spruced up by someone with a more stocked closet & a full spice rack ("rich person").
Now the ingredients you'll need are: Can of green beans, salt, pepper, 1 onion sliced (you can use as many pieces of the onion you want and save the rest), 1 can of tuna, and 2 slices of cheese (or whatever kind of cheese you have). This is a slow cook meal.
Step 1: Heat up the pan on #5. Open can of green beans and pour as much as you want to eat into the skillet/pot with the juice (not all of it). Turn the heat down to #4 (or in between 3+4 depending on your type oven). Add in full can of tuna (the small round kind), put in your onion pieces, add salt, pepper. Finally cover and leave it for 10-15 mins. You can take it o ff the heat when its done to your desired done ness.
Step 2: Turn off the heat, scoop your poor meal into a bowl and add to slices of cheese, mix it up and let sit b/c it will piping hot. Once warm enjoy~
